Intellectual property

The Srushta name, brand and site content are ours unless stated otherwise. Work product created during a paid engagement is assigned per that engagement's contract — typically to you, the client.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it in ways that harm the service, and no unlawful use.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
