Srushta (srushta.com — also spelled Srusta or Srustha) started as a small boutique design and media firm. The work was startup consulting: brand, design and media for founders who needed senior craft without a big agency's overhead or timeline.

Then the ground moved. Generative AI made it possible to produce design and media — brand assets, content, film, ad variants, even working product prototypes — at a volume and speed no human-only studio could match. Most agencies responded by bolting a few AI tools onto the same old workflow. We did something else.

We rebuilt the firm around AI.

Srushta is now AI-native. A small senior team owns strategy, taste and quality; AI production engines generate 70–90% of the output; and a human review gate sits on everything that ships. The result is the thing everyone said you couldn't have at once: more craft, more volume, more speed.

And because the AI era created a new problem — teams drowning in AI-generated prototypes that can't actually ship — we added the service almost no creative firm offers: turning those prototypes into real, production-grade products, and maintaining them.
