Approach

Senior taste. Machine leverage. A gate on everything.

AI-native isn't cheaper-and-worse. Done right, it's more craft, more volume and more speed at once. Here's the operating model behind that.

The operating model

AI does the 70–90%. Humans do the part that matters.

Production volume — variants, drafts, cuts, assets, boilerplate — is where AI wins. Strategy, taste, the final call and quality control are where humans win. We draw the line there, deliberately, on every engagement.

AI production engine 70–90%

Generation, variants, localization, drafts, scaffolding.

Senior humans 10–30%

Strategy, direction, taste, the final cut, QA.

Principles

Six things we don't compromise on.

01

AI-native, not AI-enabled

The production engine is built around AI from the ground up. AI is not a plugin on a human workflow — it is the workflow, with humans at the controls.

02

Humans own taste

AI has no taste. Senior designers and directors set direction, make the calls, and cut the final. That judgment is the product; the AI is the leverage.

03

A review gate on everything

Nothing ships without a human passing it. Speed never comes at the cost of a thing going out that shouldn’t. Guardrails are built into the pipeline, not bolted on.

04

You own the system

We build pipelines, prompt and asset libraries, and design systems that belong to you. When we leave, the engine stays. No lock-in to a retainer.

05

Boutique by design

A small senior bench beats a big junior one. You work with the people doing the work — no account-management layer, no hand-offs to a pool.

06

Ship, don’t present

We measure ourselves in things that went live: products in production, campaigns in market, systems in use. Decks are a means, never the deliverable.

How engagements run

Scope → Build → Operate

01

Scope

A short paid sprint to map the problem, the bottleneck and the win. You leave with a plan whether or not we continue.

02

Build

Fixed-scope or fractional. We stand up the system — brand, pipeline, product or rescue — with you in the loop weekly.

03

Operate

Optional ongoing ownership: we run and evolve the engine, or hand it over with the training to run it yourselves.

Start with a scoping sprint.

Low commitment, high clarity. You leave with a plan for the bottleneck — whether or not we build it together.
